Fish On is a modern angling platform built to make fishing simpler, more organised and more connected.It brings together the things anglers actually need in one place — discovering fisheries, checking venue information, logging sessions and catches, tracking progress, and keeping up with what’s happening at the waters they fish.For fisheries, Fish On also provides a simple way to keep anglers informed, manage venue information, share updates and showcase what their fishery has to offer.I’m Kyle, the founder and creator of Fish On.I’ve been fishing since I was a kid, mainly coarse and carp fishing. When I got back into the sport after some time away, I quickly realised how scattered everything still was. Prices in one place, rules somewhere else, updates buried in Facebook posts, and no simple way to keep a proper record of my own fishing.So I decided to build the platform I wanted to use myself.Despite coming from a background in customer service and sales rather than software development, I taught myself what I needed to bring Fish On to life — from building the app and website to creating the systems behind it.Fish On isn’t about replacing the fishing itself with technology. It’s about making the bits around it easier, so anglers can spend less time searching for information and more time actually fishing.Discover. Log. Track.
